Notice that facebook is growing faster than google search engine while msn and yahoo continues to lose market share and bing not even flying haha (Windows is enough la unco Bill). One day facebook search engine could rival or even replace google's search engine offering. Could be possible in the future.

Because advertising is big business and youtube serves hundreds of millions of users around the world every single day. If you want to market stuffs online these 3 avenues are your best shot provided you use the correct strategy.

Can malaysiakini compete with thestar.com.my? The answer is yes :) The rest can kiss their a** goodbye. The 2nd chart will show you even more compelling trend. It happened right at the time of our 2008 general elections and is still going strong. Try search "Tiger Woods" in Google Trends and you will see a scandalous spike at end of 2009, if there is such a word haha.
